Episode #163: Who Has the Time
The title of each Star Time episode is, generally, a near random selection copping the name of a song presented on the episode. There's usually no over-arching theme or statement intended with the title. That was the case for the original title of this week's episode of R&B from 1977-1980, which was "Confetti Day." It changed over the weekend. Partially because this ain't the time for confetti. Also because the new title seemed more pertinent.
