The Mardi Gras Special has become an annual Star Time staple, despite the purveyor's never having been to Mardi Gras, or indeed even New Orleans. He sadly has no immediate plans to visit, but there's nothing a GoFundMe campaign can't make better. That's what the Big Chief said.
