Episode #54: Squeeze the Fruit
I'm bothered by the graphic for this week's show because it's fruit cocktail, a loosely assembled array of fruits which are all unappealing on their own, and even more unappetizing when tossed together recklessly like hyperactive children in a bouncey-house. But Rainier Avenue Radio already has another show, the very fine hip-hop program Fresh Juice, with a logo that features a citrus fruit you can actually squeeze. So as not to start a food fight between the two of us, which would no doubt result in zester injuries and pulp burns, I'm using the fruit cocktail graphic. The show is fine. (No new episode next week; we'll return on March 7.)
