Episode #28: The Groove Line
You should have gotten that security directive in the mail. You knew this was inevitable. It wasn't the least bit evitable. It's Star Time's first all-disco episode. And to be perfectly honest, it's a massively fun excursion that I don't regret in the least. There's an unusually high quotient of hits on this show to make it go down more smoothly. The Bee Gees are here, but not on their own song. Boney M's here because it felt necessary. Chic, Donna Summer, Tavares, Shalamar, KC and his blasted Sunshine Band, they're all here. And so are others. Suspend your master's thesis and have some fun for a change.
