Episode #24: Who Do You Love

I wanted to make sure I did a Chess Records tribute episode before too long, seeing as how we got tributes to Motown and Stax/Volt out there already. Obviously this set is extra-heavy on the blues with check-ins from Muddy Waters, Willie Mabon, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker and others. The second hour goes in a more pop direction with Fontella Bass, Etta James, the Dells and still others. I also found a good reason to put Pigmeat Markham in a show. Also: Listen for a cameo appearance by the '69 Chicago Cubs. No kidding.
